Still Waiting for EAD- Texas
Hello! I have been a silent reader for a while, here is my timeline, wanted to share in case anyone is experiencing this as well. I am married to US Citizen, we have been together for 7 years! but only married for 1 and 1/2 years.
Filed for i-765, 1-485.
USCIS received my case:08/27/18
Biometrics: 11/07/18
Case ready to be scheduled: i-485 on Nov 15,2018- no update since then....
Still waiting on EAD to be approved.- Called to get an update and they said my Biometrics had been received but that it was still under review...
Case is being processed by NBC and we live in Texas.
Anyone from Texas or same PD still waiting for EAD?-I am struggling since we are only on my hubby's income and I am a FT student :( --- just want to work!!!
Anyway! Good luck to everyone and hopefully we can get this over and with so we can finally take our honeymoon!!!
