Hello everyone nice to be in this forum
I just want to ask a question here I have been following this group just had to register to be able to write and get reply. I had interview on March 29th 2018 for i130 and was ask to update my i485 since I was overseas and didn’t do biometric since I was to have consular processing , but was still invited due to the mistake of my wife filling i484 instead of the overseas own. Is been 10months no work authorization, and know interview update for i458. I have called and the send a RFIE and had sent it back over 63 days now no information. I need advice please. Should I still expect interview or it will be approve direct?
