OPT EAD card no status change since 100 days
Hey guys. I have applied for opt in October. The USCIS status has been "case received" since October 17th, 2018. It's been 100 days since then. I have a job offer in hand and my opt start date is Feb 6th. Is there anything that can be done in this case? I'm completely confused because everyone who applied with me got their cards and I am the only one left. Help me out
