Quick update, mine just got updated to "New Card Is Being Produced", Jan 24, 2019
Receipt date: August 24, 2018
Biometrics: September 24
Then the update stayed at "Fingerprint reviews were completed" for 120 days until yesterday
Category c09, no expedite no call, I just waited and kept checking the processing time here: https://egov.uscis.gov/processing-times/, and it got processed within the timeframe, waiting for my card now.
I would say if your case is still within the timeframe shown on the above website, you shouldn't worry too much, go on a hike, get a library card, do stuff to take your mind off it, it's hard but one can only wait at this stage.
