Hello everyone!!! Finally I was able to figure the alphabet question I've been trying to share my experience with everyone here since this forum has helped me so much.
I applied i-485 nov. 2017
Biometrics : Jan 2018
Case ready for interview: Jan 26th 2018
Interview appointment: Jan 9th 2019
I had my interview in Chicago, at 11:15am
Waited in the waiting room for about an hour until they finally called our number , the officer was Puerto Rican she seemed nice, she asked my husband just basic qquestions like his bday and where was he born ect. Then she asked me a few questions like how did I get here( US) what age? Who was with me when I came here?.. after that she asked how did we meet? And a few more questions about our relationship. Then she asked for our pictures and any other evidence that we wanted to submit, we gave her phone bill, car insurance, and taxes we filed together, and boarding passes from our trips , she went through everything and then asked if we could show her our facebook accounts, she looked at some pictures then gave us our phones back she said everything seemed good and then ask me to sign a paper ,I was so nervous I didnt even asked her what was it for... but that was it!!! She walked with us to the door and we left .
I've been checking my mail and case status since then every single day and nothing has changed it's been almost 3 weeks and I'm very anxious to know if I was approved or not :/ I'm getting tired of playing this waiting game. I dont understand why some people get approve the same day and others have to wait even months to get a response! It's very frustrating but I guess I cant do anything but wait.
