Hi everyone here,
Do you know any man (male) filed for VAWA and win it ??
Last month I had an interview with USCIS and my wife didn’t want to go with me so, I requested a reschedule. I already received the notice for the new interview appointment. But, my wife still don’t want to go even for next interview. She is turturing my soal and abused me all the time. I’d guess she has mental issues. Her behaviors not like other human being.
Therefore, I am thinking to file for VAWA. But I am not sure about the results because I am a man not woman. I heard that VAWA brings good results just for women (Female).
Any experience??
