The Helpline Call Center receives over one hundred calls, several emails and chats per person every single day from the whole continent just as any other helpline service, so please understand that they are very busy people and they are more than welcome to help you as long you are patient and explain your situation as best and to the point you can.
Please remember they are not physically at the Center, there's no direct line and when the VAC contacts with you directly is always by a private number.

They can provide you the service in English and Spanish without issues, you can simply ask them when they answer you.

For reminder; the COMPLETE LIST OF REQUIRED DOCUMENTS FOR PASSPORT SUBMISSION PER PERSON
- Your original and valid passport with which you are applying. (no old/expired passports)
- Passport request letter you received from the IRCC
- Payments of the VAC (found in Service and Service Charge Schedule), made in favor of TT Visa Services Inc with a money order, a cashier or banker check from USA along with a note of the services you are paying for if you pay for more than one fee. (No personal nor company checks, no cash on the package, always in US Dollars NO CANADIAN CURRENCY)
- Contact information PRINTED on a white piece of paper with you full contact information. (Full name, phone number, email and mailing address)
- TT Services Consent Form (found at Step 1 of vfsglobal.ca/canada/usa), 4 pages and printed information (only write signature)
- Prepaid return envelope from UPS or USPS only. The Centre doesn't accept other companies for returning AND DOESN'T HAVE COURIER SERVICE FEE.
