Change of Last Name
Hello everyone! I filed AOS thru marriage. I filed my applications with my MAIDEN Last name because all my legal documents (passport, etc) has my Family Last name so when I received my EAD Card...and applied for SSN Card I was issued with my MAIDEN last name on it because I was told it has to be the same as EAD Card which was issued by USCIS.....
How can I have my EAD Card change my Last Name to my Married (Husband’s) Last Name, so I can get a new SSN Card with my Married Last Name?
