Hi guys,
I just received a service request I put last week, after my case has been pending 3 months after interview in Sacramento field office.
The mail states: “Uscis records confirmed that your case is pending, we are unable to determine how long the review process would take. Call our national customer line if after 60-90 we don’t make a decision or give other directives....”. Has anybody been in this type of situation before? Please comment guys. It’s really frustrating!
