Case is Ready to Be Scheduled for An Interview
Hello all,
I filed my AOS through marriage in December 2018 and completed my biometrics in the 3rd week of January in the Boston field office. My case status states "we are ready to schedule your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status MSC **** for an interview". What is the expected timeline of my process? My I-130 and I-131 are still in the case received status.
I am currently on my H1-B that is valid until Oct-2019. Do I have to file for an extension?
Also, I may have to travel to Asia for a possible family emergency in Feb-Mar. Do I have to file for my travel?
