I-485 and I-130
Hi, I am preparing the evidence for my husbands change of status based on marriage to a U.S. citizen. I have managed to get a decent amount of evidence for our relationship, but I feel like we are skimpy in the "evidence of cohabitation" section as well as the "evidence of commingling finances". We have been married less than a month so we don't have a lot of proof in those departments. He also doesn't have an ITIN or SSN yet so there are a lot of things we cant do yet, such as open a joint bank account. I am also worried because we have a large gap in age (I'm 30 and he is 21) and I know that's a red flag so I want to provide as much evidence as possible. Please look of my evidence and give any advice.

EVIDENCE OF A BONA FIDE MARRIAGE

I. EVIDENCE OF COHABITATION:
a. Natural Gas Billing Statement: A copy of our natural gas billing statement from xxxxxx listing both our names as well as the address at which we reside together.

b. Electricity: A copy of our electricity billing statement from xxxxxxxx listing both our names as well as the address at which we reside.

(Note: The petitioner tried to add the spouse beneficiary to the home insurance policy, but was told this would not be possible without a SSN, which he does not have yet pending his adjustment of status application.)

II. EVIDENCE OF RELATIONSHIP
a. Marriage Certificate

b. Name Change: Receipt from social security office for name change application.

c. Relationship Timeline: An illustrated timeline of our relationship.

d. Communication Logs:
i. Facebook messages
ii. SMS
iii. Emails

e. Social Media Presence
i. Screenshot of relationship status update announcing our engagement.
ii. Screenshot of relationship status update announcing our marriage.
iii. Example of an occasional post depicting us together.
iv. Example of a funny post about our relationship.
v. Screenshot from when we returned from vacation.
vi. Screenshot depicting a Facebook memory from one year ago.

f. Photographic Evidence
i. Photos from our fishing trips with our friends.
ii. Photo from the fourth or July event at Elmer Thomas Park.
iii. Photos from Christmas.
iv. Photos from our ski trip.
v. Photos of spouse beneficiary with his step son.
vi. Photos from wedding.

g. Receipts
i. Receipt for her wedding ring.
ii. Receipt for his wedding band.
iii. Receipt for a late birthday gift for petitioner from spouse beneficiary.
iv. Receipt for a birthday gift for spouse beneficiary from petitioner.
v. Receipt for ski lift tickets in Winter Park.
vi. Receipt for ski rentals in Winter Park.

h. Benefits elections: A screenshot of the petitioners' benefits elections with her employer showing the spouse beneficiary as a beneficiary of her life insurance policy, as well as being a dependent on her dental insurance.

i. Affidavits
i. xxxxx, petitioner’s mother.
ii. xxxxx, mutual friend.
iii. xxxxxx mutual friend.

(Note: The receipt for her wedding band shows her name as the person who paid for it, however this is because it was ordered online and the spouse beneficiary does not have a bank account in the United States. The spouse beneficiary gave the petitioner the money in cash and she ordered it with her bank card.)

III. EVIDENCE OF FINANCIAL COMMINGLING
a. An email showing money the spouse beneficiary has transferred to the petitioner to help with bills.

b. An email showing money the spouse beneficiary has sent to the petitioner to buy her birthday gift.

c. Dental insurance card showing petitioner and beneficiary (I might not get this in time to send the application, but I am hoping I do so I added it for now)

(Note: The petitioner and spouse tried to open a joint bank account, but were told this would not be possible without the spouse's SSN, which he does not have yet pending his adjustment of status application.)
