INTERVIEW CANCELLED BUT WENT ANYWAYS AND GOT APPROVED ON SPOT!
Hello everyone, first of all I’d like to thank this forum to help me with all my questions during this stressful process!

Yesterday I received a call from scam likely number and obviously ignored the call but that number left voicemail and that was a socking message!!! The voicemail said my interview was cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances and will be rescheduled and notice was sent!!! I got really scared and pissed because same thing happened with my EAD it went back to USCIS and I had to wait one year in order to receive it!
Regardless of that voicemail I showed up on interview today 10:30 AM in SANTA ANA office. We got there 15 minutes early and got called after 2 hours of waiting officer said he just received my documents from post mailman so he was almost going to reschedule it but he said we were super lucky today.
He started with basic questions, how and where did we meet?, when was the first date marriage date and if we met each other’s family members. And he kept 10 of our pictures from the our family album which was ok with us. He also checked our joint account and my wife’s personal account where she gets all her direct deposits and our rental agreement! And then he asked me when I stopped going to school I said after I got married I finished my semester and he smiled and said so you were never out of status and I said no! After all he took some notes and said I believe your marriage and approve you guys. He handed me welcome to America letter and explained that I’m receiving 2 years conditional green card because we were married less than 2 years. Needles to mention, I was so nervous and he said he’s been working there for 20 years and he knows if marriage legit or fake right way by looking. My wife was so calm and she explained him that I get nervous when it comes to this kind of things and he said that’s ok I understood. I couldn’t believe my eyes the paper said my case has been approved!!! After few minutes I received notification saying that new card is being produced. Finally waiting game is over guys!!!
I REPEAT IF YOU RECEIVE A PHONE CALL FROM USCIS AND DOES NOT RECEIVE A CANCELLATION NOTICE YOU SHOULD GO AND SHOW UP ANYWAYS OTHERWISE THEY CAN DENY YOU FOR NOT SHOWING UP BECAUSE PHONE CALL OR NOTIFICATION CAN BE SYSTEM ERROR OR GLITCH!!! Good luck everyone!!!
