is it true that if you overstay your visa, no matter what you get denied?
I just read one of the posts here. The post stated that a new law has been passed which makes it such that if you overstay your visa you should expect denial. In my case, I am a former f-1 student and fell off status in 2014. i got married to my husband in 2017 and we filed a few months after of that same year. I just got my interview done and havent received any updates yet. Reading the post about denial based on overstay/ out of status is making me so scared. I am so uncomfortable right now. IS THIS TRUE PLEASE??
