Just got approved!! Long, horrible journey
Hey guys it being one hell of a long scary ride!!
-former f-1 student married to USC
-Pd date:august 15,2017
-Arrested and detained at immigration jail August 17, 2017 (thank God my husband filed for me b4 I got caught )
-Released on bond : October 2017
-Work permit approved :May 2018
-Missed 1ST INTERVIEW June 2018 because husband and I didnt see notification on time
-DENIED 1-130
-Put in appeal to denial
-Case reopened july 2018
-Missed 2ND INTERVIEW December 2018 because immigration sent letter to wrong address!
-Immigration sent 3RD INTERVEW letter 25th January 2019 (gave us ONLY 4 days notification so lawyer couldn't come with us.)
-3RD INTERVIEW :29th of January 2019 .....immigration officer gave us unclear answer
-31st of January case status changed to "case approved" online.
