interview scheduled in old state of residency
hello all,
I filed in Philadelphia back in 2018 and recently moved to NYC (marriage based, wife is USC). I filed my change of address for my i485 and received confirmation from USCIS that my address change is confirmed. However, after about two months after my address change, I received interview notice letter and it is still being held in Philadelphia field office. I know some people in the past that they went to the interview conducted in their old state of residency and were told to reschedule because of jurisdiction issues. I just want to know if this will happen to me as well. Anyone got any opinion? should I contact USCIS to reschedule?
btw, my wife is still residing in Philadelphia.
