I am pending of AOS under c09 category (marriage to USC) and I have an infopass appointment soon to et more information or help with the delay of my EAD (07/05/2018) after unsuccesfully trying with senator and congressman. Is it allowed / recommendable to attend Infopass together with your USC spouse? Any experience about this here?
