I went for my I485 interview and the immigration officer told me that he would reschedule my interview because I had been working in another state for the past 4 months. I told him that I had airline tickets showing that I visited my wife twice a month and prior to this new job, we had been leaving together but he still refused to see reason with us. Can anyone tell me how long it takes when your interview is rescheduled by an immigration officer?
