Hi guys,
My case is as following: Sent to NBC, I live in Mass
RD - Sept 4th
RFE on I-485 sent to me - Sep 20th
NBC received my RFE and continued working on the case - Oct 2nd
So my question: Was my clock count down was reset as Oct 2nd, mean my case will be process with cases with RD Oct 2nd, or it will be processed with RD Sep 4th, as originally received?
