Hi all, has a mentioned before the interview went great and my case was approved after 5 hours of the interview. Yesterday I got my approval letters. My 485 approval letter said that they may send me a request for another background check. Has anyone here had to do another background check before receiving their green card? On my case tracker is still stuck on “new card is being produced” and on the uscis website changed from “new card being produced” to “case approved”. Does anyone here know if I will need to get my background check again? Or when should I expect for the case status to change to “card mailed”. When I got my EAD it went from “new card being produced” to “card mailed” the very next day that’s why I was excepting the same with my green card. Anyone has any experience to share. I highly appreciate it. Thank you
