No Common thread
It seems some people (below) had RD of early August and just getting cards printed - although they did everything right. Others have had to do RFE and yet still have their cards printed despite mid Sept RD.

Mine is Aug 29 RD and no info yet. All at the same center - NBC.

There seems no common thread here. My lawyer says it has the slowest he has ever seen it for EAD - 6-7 months since RD.
