I did I-130,I-131,I-485 and I1-765 I am married to and USC.
After that I received my receipts with my numbers and all. Like a month after I did my fingerprints. Didn't hear from them again until they ask for RFE. send it in didn't hear nothing more until 12/012/2017 that some information was missing from my RFE. That moment I couldn't send it back sometime because my husband gotten sick and was in the hospital.fellowing week from that I lost my husband to a massive heart attack. After his burial and all I call to found where i go from there. They told me what to do I did everything in March of 2018 I received my combo card, nothing more until I received a interview notice for10/30/2018. My interview was 2:30pm Federal plaza NYC, didn't go in until around 6pm I was like the last person to get interviewed that day. My officer was a lady she drill me to the bone ask me everything even about what happen the day my husband die. No paper no approval nothing. When I was almost through the door she said you will hear from us in the mail. It's been 3 months and nothing. My work permit expired the end of this month I really don't want to lose my job. Any advice? Ps. I did travel on my advance parole.
