Hi, I’m a September 2018 filer. I’ve been coming here trying to find similar cases every day lately. My case status changed to New card being produced today. I’d like to share my timeline.
PD: September 13th, 2018, I-845, I-130, I-765, I-131. AOS, C09
RFIE: October 6th
Walk in bio: October 8th
Response to RFIE received October 21st
Case is ready to be scheduled for interview: November 3rd.
I-765 approved: February 7th. (147 days after filing)
Cases processed in NBC, I requested expedite 4 days ago, because I’m current on H1B and it will be expired on February 28th. But my I-765 was approved before I send them evidence document.
