First, background (if you are not interested in the background scroll down to --- Two Sites---):
After 4 O1-B I submitted I-485, I-130, I-131 based on marriage;
Timeline:
PD: July 25, 2017;
RFE received: Aug 15;
RFE reply submitted and received on Aug 25;
Oct 17 2017 I-131 was approved;
I applied for work authorization on Oct 26 2017; got approved on April 21 2018;
On Feb 4 2019 I got a text saying that interview was scheduled; No letter, or date yet.
I have a pending i-765 (first one is about to expire & I-131 (previous one expired);

Because of a family medical issue back home, I reached out to the immigration, via the regular phone number, and a 2nd tier officer got back to me.
The follow up email had an interesting web address:
Instead of the usual: egov.uscis.gov
the web address suggested was: myaccount.uscis.dhs.gov
The funny thing is that if you add the cases there, they are not really in sync:
My I-485 on the first site says: On February 4, 2019, we scheduled an interview for your Form I-485
This does not appear on the second site;
My i-485 on the second site says:
March 14, 2018

This piece of info does not appear on the first site!
So, two different sites of USCIS, give me different pieces of information (that are not contradicting), so maybe you can learn like that something about your case;
