"New Card Being Produced" but case history doesn't show approved
Hi all,
I submitted an outside processing time query online two days ago (I-765 pursuant to an I-485 petition). Yesterday, the status changed to "on February 7, 2019, we ordered your new card for Receipt Number MSCxxxxxxx, and will mail it to the address you gave us." However, the case history shows that as of 2/7/19, "we completed our review of your fingerprints and are continuing to work on your Form I-765, Application for Employment Authorization." This was the same status on 10/8/18, when they actually completed the review of my fingerprints.
Is this a glitch? I would have thought that the case history for 2/7/19 would show something like "we have approved your application" instead of "we are continuing to work on your application." Additionally, the status for the I-131 application has remained stuck at 9/10/18 ("On September 10, 2018, we received your Form I-131, Application for Travel Document . . . ").
So, did my EAD application actually get approved and should I expect to receive the card (hopefully with the advanced parole) in the coming weeks?
