Hi Everyone,
I had couple of questions about application of AOS(i130,I131,i485,i765) through marriage which i did in Nov, 2018.
My documents were sent to NBC although i applied i Nebraska Does anyone had the same experience?
My question is why they sent it to NBC when there is a nebraska service center?
Also where do i get my EAD card from either NBC or nebraska service center?
How long it may take for interview to get scheduled.?
Also will i be getting i693 Courtesy Letter ?
Is still any chance for getting a RFE after case status changed to Case is Ready to Be Scheduled for An Interview??
