Good day sir/mir ........I filled my I 130 when my spouse was a LPR, approved aprill 22nd 2014.....spouse became citizen January 17th 2019.......I submit I 485,I 130,I 765 on 17th .........3 reciept number send to me on 24th of January,
my question are I have a reciept for my I 485 but on my I 485 notice there is an allien number , dec 2014 as priority date, and my preference category is F2a on the notice .............will I have to call uscis to upgrade to immediate relative ? what's the benefit if the allien number ? with approve i 130,can this fasten my case ?
