Hi,
current F1 status married to US citizen married last year and we submit my paper, its been 4 months no update
I130: case was received
I485: fingerprint fee was received
I765 : case was received
Here is my dilemma:
I stated in my forms that I was working without authorization ( still working :/ I have to support my little family ) :s
my last question should I file my tax seperate or together ? do they gonna ask me why I work without authorization ?
Pleasssse tell me what Should I dO ?
Im kinda lost , I keep blaming myself every second
