Interview Completed (Dallas)
Hello guys!

My husband and I went to our interview at the Dallas office.

We got there 45 mins before the interview time.

We checked in, went upstairs and waited for about 20 mins before I was called by name and last name.

Officer was very kind and nice attitude (Thanks God).

All theee went to along hallway where the officer office was.

She sat and offer us to seat then she explained was going about to happen.

She put us under oath and asked about DL for both of us.

She started with the 130 and asked my husbands his full name, if he had any other name he uses and asked him if callin him by his legal name was OK.

Asked my husband our address, my full name, our wedding date and if he was retired.

Then she started asking how we meet, where, when was the last time we met in person, what we did, when I moved with my husband, who proposed, what my husband likes the most about me, what do I like the most about him and she thanked my husband for serving in Air Force. Also asked him
If he was previously married.

She went to the I-485 asked same: names, address, date of birth mine and my husbands when we got married, and so she ask lots of yes/no questions like all of them!

She asked me when I entered to the us and how and when was the first time I came here which I didn’t remember because I have lots of entries before and I couldn’t remember so I told her I really don’t remember and she said that is ok.

She asked for BC, and my husbands wife death certificate as well (Originals)

She asked if we have any other Bonna Fide marriage prove we have for her and I gave her:

- Car insurance.
- Joint taxes.
- Car title.
- Joint bank account (5 months statements)
- Internet bill
- Cable Bill
- Phone Bill
- Affidavit from landlord saying we live at her property
- Affidavit of support from friends
- Affidavit from both of us saying we live at same address (we dont lease contract)
- 401K where it states he’s my -00% beneficiary
- Retirement letter where I’m listed as his beneficiary.
- Copy of checks we have to each other to pay bills
- Boarding passes from vacations taken together
- Like 100 pictures with friends and family
- All my DL issues with same address since I moved in
- Car registrations in both Names
- Gave her a letter written by my boss where he states I’m a valuable person to our company
- She didn’t ask for medical but I gave new ones and she said I’ll take them.

And that’s it...

She asked us if we had questions and we said no...

She said all looks good but I need to review the new evidence and she asked me if I have heard something about my asssykum case pending since 2014 and I said no.

She said she needs to request the file from main office to be able to make a decision and then I’ll het good news in the mail but she needs to make sure both cases are together.

She thanked us for coming well prepared and thanked my husband for his service

Also she took my picture and fingerprints (that was at the beginning).

I’m very happy with the results even tho I wasn’t approved on the spot

Only God knows the plan and I’ll stick with it

My husband is 41 years older than me and we weren’t separated. We were together all time and IO knew we were for real and how much we love each other.

She even awwwwed like 4 times and she was very nice

We are same sex couple

#LoveWins
