Visa appointment cancelled due to inclement weather
Just received an email that my visa appointment for tomorrow in Vancouver is cancelled due to inclement weather. I have other travel plans (going to India next month) and can't wait for another visa appointment to open up in Canada. Has anyone tried to get a refund for their cancelled visa appointment. ( I am already out of $$$ in travel and hotel costs).
