Married to green card holder
Hi folks, I ask for my friend who get married to green card holder. She received the approval for 130,however it states that my not eligible to adjust her status in the US. Is there any chance that she can apply while she is staying in America. Her husband waiting for calling to take the citizen test.Any suggestion will be appreciated.
