Hi,
Yesterday we attended to our interview and IO at the very end mentioned our case must be reviewed because my pending asylum case file needs to be requested by this office in order to be able to make a decision.
I wonder why if I moved to the current address 4 years ago the new office still dosent have my other case.... 🤷🏻♂️
She said “everything seems in order with our I-130 and I-485 but both cases must go together and once she gets the asylum case file she will make a decision on AOS.”
Plus I gave her another stack of price of Bonna Fide Marriage including a updated medical exam which she didn’t ask but I gave to her and she said “I’ll take it.”
I was disappointed for not getting approved on the spot but like I said before “God has a plan and I am sticking with it.”
Any other AOS filler with same type of situation?
