Got rfe to provide more evidence of bonafide marriage
Sent rfe response
A week ago my status changed from card production to case reopened for reconsideration and after 3 days got 2 approval letters for i485 and I 130
I130 states that case approved and based on the file or evidence provided beneficiary is not eligible to adjust status and they sending i130 to NVC for consider processing....
I am confused and don’t know what to do please need advice
