I want for my interview today with my wife; the ios spend only 22 min with us without checking any of our supporting documents. She was mad because when she called us , our lawyer delayed us before we responded and she was to go for lunch in 30 min thus the reason she spend only 22min with us. She asked Us 10 questions each:
1. How we met (me)
2. when we proposed wife
3. my step son age and school name me
4. my ex-wife name and asked my wife to spell the name wife
5. The kind of car me and my wife is driving me and wife
6. If we have joint lease, tax return plus bills and insurance together both of us responded
7. were we are working both of us
8. How many times I have been married wife
9. And the date of my devoice wife
10. Where we are living now me
11. My wife address pro to marriage me
12. How many of us living in our apt and that I should mentioned the names. me
13. The name of our church and if we attend church together me
14. How much is our rent wife
15. If we have met our parent both of us
16. Names of my kids and their age wife
17. If I have gotten any citation (3) fully paid for. or received any benefits from the USA No. me
18. Where I was working before coming to the US wife
19. How many times I have visited the US me
20. Where we go for our first date wife
But my wife was unable to spell my ex-wife local name correct and I also did not remember my wife apt no where she was leaving before I met her but I got the apt name and area correctly I told her I cannot remember.
I was nervous and I forgot out apt no after telling her the address but the IOS corrected me and asked me to calm down. I told her we leave across the street because our house is directly opp the USCIS office where we attended our interview.
That was all. She did not check any of our documents that she need to go for lunch, that she will review it when she comes back. She gave us a letter that we will receive notices either negative or positive. As I speak, I ma confused and tired. Please advise from any individual will be highly appreciated please. I cannot eat been thinking since I came back. Honestly, I did not see any need for a lawyer in this process our lawyer mess things up for US by delaying US.
