EAD card not mailed
I'm on J2 visa and my EAD status is changed to card now being produced on January 15th. The email I got mentioned to allow 30 days to receive card, I called the customer service today and they said the system states that I need to allow 60 days to receive card. I have a job offer and should start next month, the EAD I'm waiting for took so long and it'll expire in April anyway. Can I just send the renewal form without a copy of the card? Or can I expedite the renewal based on them sending me wrong information about time it takes to be delivered?
