Hello All,
I have my appointment on March 1st, 2019.
This will be my 2nd in Ottawa and 4th overall.
I have been going thru this forum and came up with the below list of lack of items that caused them to issue 221gs.
1. Resume
2. W2
3. Paystubs
4. Tax Return forms
5. Education Transcripts
6. Photo - (not really 221g, but people were asked to get new photos on the spot)
Let me know if there is anything else that I missed that I need to be ready with,
