Hello everyone. I've been reading posts from this forum for a while. Now, I would like to share my experience so far. I am adjusting status based on marriage to a US citizen. See my timeline below.
- PD: 12/15/2017
- Biometric: 01/22/2018
- EAD: 04/20/2018
- Interview Notice: 08/15/2018
- Interview Completed: 10/04/2018
- I-130 approval notice: 10/11/2018
After my interview at the federal building in Newark, NJ, I only got an approval letter for my I-130 and that's it. I've been waiting ever since for any updates, and there is nothing so far.
Anyone in the same boat? Please share your thoughts.
