I485 Interview
Hello Guys,
Question. does it necessary to bring the I-130, I-485 Documents to the interview even if we already submitted? Does the officer have the Stack of paper we submitted at the moment of the Interview?Here the list of documents we are carrying with us:
- Passports (My US Wife, My US Daugther, My Passport)
- Latest I94
- Marriage Certificate
- Her Last Marriage Certificate and Divorce Decree
- Our Birth Certificate (Not translated because with think they already have the translation when we
submitted
- Utilities Bill for the last year every 3 months (One on her name and another on my name, both
showing the same address we reside)
- Joint Checking Accounts for last year
- Home Renters Insurance
- Health Insurance
- Apartment Lease
- 2017 Tax Returns
- Pictures
- I129 and G28
- Social Security
- Our Child Birth Certificate
- My Wife Naturalization Document
- Additional Correspondence (Bills, credit cards statements showing our common address)
- Affidavit of support I864, showing my wife as Sponsor and I-864A showing that I support my wife for
my sponsorship since she is not working at this moment (IMPORTANT: If somebody has any
information about this I appreciate in advance)
There is anything else we can Bring? I'm little worried about I130 and I485 documents since those were sent when we hired an attorney but we dont have any clue if she will attend our interview. Also I dont have the Translated Birth Certificate since that was created by her at the moment she submitted. We think the IO will have them at the moment of the Interview but I need your feedback Guys.
