Adjustment of Status - I-485

So we had our interview today (2/19) in Chicago. The interview was not long, and the interviewer only asked us some very basic questions like names, addresses, dob, how did we meet,... Our relationship is pretty solid. We began dating in December 2012, married in March 2016, and we did not file the form until April 2018. The interviewer said she still needs to review my health document thing, which I did not submit initially. The case status now is still case needs to be reviewed, so hopefully things will get better soon
