Soooo it is tax season again and I was wondering if someone can direct me to the thread that would help me answer my question.. Or maybe reply and share insights on what to do...
1) For people filing for AOS how did you file your income tax ? I would like to file as Married filling jointly, However, he worked illegally but always gotten paid cash. Can I file MFJ and declare he never worked??
2) Medical Insurance - I can’t add him to my work insurance due to not having ss when it was open enrollment. Does that mean he will have to pay penalty for the whole year he was not covered? But then again ss was just received last month
