Sending Invitation to my uncle
Hello all,
I just have a quick question. I currently have AOS case pending and my uncle wants to come and visit us from my country. He says that it would be easier for him to get tourist visa if I send him an invitation.
My concern is, since I have AOS case pending, so no greencard, am I allowed to invite people? Would it effect my case in any way? Since he is requesting for copy of my ID and etc.
