Adjustment of status approved!! Office: San Francisco
After a long wait, I finally will be receiving my GC in a few days.
Here is my timeline:

I-485, I-765, I-131 receipt - August 16, 2017
Biometrics - September 12, 2017
RFIE notice - Sept 06, 2017 (they need co-sponsor under my Affidavit of Support so I added my father-in-law)
RFIE receipt - October 11, 2017 (by this time, my processing time was reset)
EAD Combo card mailed - December 20, 2017
Ready for Interview Schedule - March 14, 2018
Interview Scheduled - January 16, 2019
Interview day - February 20, 2019 (10:50 am)
New Card being produced notice - Feb 20, 2019 (around 3pm)

Total of 18 months in waiting, and it was all worth it. No lawyer or interpreter needed.

Tips:
1. Review your I-485 application form that you have submitted, this will be most likely the bulk of questions, IO needs to ensure what you have stated on that document is correct.
2. As much as possible, review all important dates, such as when did you meet each other, date when you decide to get married, date you arrive in the US, date of your wedding ceremony. IO scrutinize this things and he/ she will jot it down in your documents.
3. Prepare as much evidence of relationships as possible, one note se pointed out,"Selfies mean nothing sometimes" IO need pictures with each of your family with both of you being there showing that both families accept/ agrees with your relationship / marriage.
4. Be there 15-30 mins before your time of appointment, you will never know if there is a long line waiting outside.
5. And just be yourself, you have nothing to hide if your relationship and marriage is real.

This has been a long test of patience for me and my husband, but it's all worth it!
Good luck to everyone!
