PD : 1/24/2018
Yesterday I received an alert from USCIS that my case status changed from FingerPrint fee received to Initial review. The description indicated that "During this step, USCIS initiates the background checks of the applicant/petitioner and identifies issues that may need to be addressed either during an interview or by asking the applicant/petitioner to submit additional information or documentation. ....." It also mentioned finger print appointment etc. waiting to receive actual notice that sent by USCIS.
I need clarifications on,
We already done the fingerprints on last may 15th, do i have to visit again for finger prints & photographs?
Any idea how long would it take to schedule the interview & how much time would it take to get the GC?
