I cant get the driver license
I got my green card in the mail in feb 14th. So today i went to dmv to renew my driver license but the lady said my status hadnt been updated to non imigrant. Nothing she could do but told me to call uscis and check with them. I mean i have my card in hand and the approved letters for my i130 and i485. Im now worried cus im flying out of the country in march and i dont wanna have problem with immigration at the airport when i come back. Does anyone have idea?
