Interview Was Completed And My Case Must Be Reviewed
Hi everyone! I just wanted to share my experience. Me and my husband live in MD and filled for him as a LPR. He came to the States on a B2 and later switched to F1. Here is our timeline:
08/18/2016 - Got married
08/23/2016 - Filled I-130
01/12/2017 - I-130 Approval
Chart B date becomes current
10/04/2017 - Filled I-485 + I-765 + I-131
10/20/2017 - Biometrics Appointment
12/18/2017 - Approval of I-765 + I-131
12/22/2017 - Got the TRAVEL + EAD
EAD is about to expire
09/24/2018 - Filled for renewal of I-765 + I-131
10/18/2018 - Online status says "We completed our review of your fingerprints and are working on your I-765 form"
01/28/2019 - Interview at Baltimore Office
Interview went pretty good, the lady was young and sort of felt like a decision has been made already. I brought a 5" binder with me with so much additional evidence but she barely wanted to look at any. I literally shoved some financial documents into her folder, she wanted to take a couple of photos. When we showed her photos she made comments about how cute we were and asked about where the places the photos were taken.
The moment we left the interview our status online changed to "Interview Was Completed And My Case Must Be Reviewed". She gave us the sheet of paper that everybody gets and said that its standard.
Anybody else here filled in Baltimore? Any luck yet?
