Good day everyone, I just received a NOID mail today after my second interview, we were ask to reply to some questions raised. Most of the questions were inconsistent of questions between me and my wife because we were been separated. We intend to respond to this question and funish them with additional evidence as required. My questions now is that after my lawyer have responded, (1) when is it likely uscis will respond to our response?(2) has anybody hard this type of experience and what is your observations (3) how does uscis determines true marriage because we have tried our best concerning this and it’s only child that we did not have together yet in this marriage and we are trying our best to have it but God knowns. Please your point is very important now
