I got arrested at the age of 14 for petty theft but was told since I was a minor now 15 years later and had my interview they sent an RFE saying that I was arrested but I was told since I was a minor not to put I was arrested and also the case was closed out and I was not charged. Will they deny my application and also it was a honest mistake.
