Finally the wait is OVER.
I received my EAD THIS WEEKEND
So I just want to share my experience to help those who are still waiting.

Marriage based EAD - NYC filer
NBC center
PD - Sept 21 2018
Fingerprint letter - Oct 10
Biometrics done - Nov 2
Fingerprint review completed - Nov 27
Case is ready to be scheduled for interview (i485) - Jan 31 2019
New card is being produced - Feb 13
Case was approved - Feb 14
Card was mailed - Feb 15
EAD Approval letter - Feb16 (no tracking number was given)
Card in mailbox - Feb 22
Now I'm waiting for my SSN, hope it will come soon!!
For those who are still waiting you can also check your status on the 2nd website of USCIS which is more accurate. Here is the link https://myaccount.uscis.dhs.gov/
