Please enlighten me with your response for my upcoming H1B and H4 interview to be scheduled shortly
I got divorced in 2018 December with my first wife.
Where divorce proceedings was in progress , I was in a relationship and had a baby.
After divorce , got married to whom I had kid. Now got an approved petition.
Please answer my following query :
1) will there be an issue for my dependents visa.H4.
2) I have registered my marriage certificate with date later than my kid's birth date.any issue with this.
3)I have removed my spouse name from my passport and endorsed my name in my wife passport.
4) No photos as such we took. Is it necessary to take photos now and used for show casing the marriage took place.
Please help if any thoughts.
