Adjustment of Status - I-485

Hi anybody can share your thoughts, I got my I-485 approved back in 12/10/18, I waited for few months but it was not delivered after some inquiry I was told the card was delivered. So they asked us to file I-90, But upon checking and confirming they told me that actually it's a mistake the card was not produced.. So they had my cased escalated, last update was that they forward the case to the interviewing to review for card production. But until now I'm not receiving any update from the escalation, once a week i get update from I-90 filed that they are still reviewing my case. Anybody experiencing same issue? Thanks
