Biometrics were set for October 31,2018 but I never received the letter, called around 5 times before that date and no representative told me about it & they told me to wait until November 5th for letter and if no letter came in they would issue a notice. Got letter in mail Nov. 26 about missed biometrics so I went in the other day (november 27th) to do biometrics.
Fingerprints completed & received December 5, 2018
February 22- New card is being produced
